    This program focuses on developing athleticism and physical attributes to enable soccer players to reach their full potential in the game setting. A progressive curriculum with age appropriate content is applied by qualified staff. Player development is measured for a true quantifiable program.

    RAPID Level 1 (8-11yrs)

    • Physical speed & power
    • Balance
    • Coordination

    RAPID Level 2 (11-14 yrs)

    • First step – acceleration
    • Agility
    • Plyometrics – reaction

    RAPID level 3 (14-18yrs)

    • Speed – acceleration and pace
    • Plyometrics – reaction and explosiveness
    • Strength – resistance and weight training
